• All information provided in your listings (prices, crop conditions, logistics routes) is accurate and not misleading.
• You are solely responsible for your interactions and contracts with other users. We act only as a venue to connect parties.
• You will not post prohibited items, illegal services, or fraudulent listings.
• You will not scrape, data-mine, or automatically extract information from our Platform without explicit written permission.

4. AI-Generated Content & News

Our news feed includes content generated with the assistance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to synthesize current market trends and data. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such content. Market decisions should not be based solely on this information.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AgroPost and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AgroPost, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; or (iii) any transactions established through the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
